- Qualität: Meine Arbeit ist geprägt durch mein Verständnis, Dinge richtig zu tun und Dinge anders zu tun. Ich war schon immer bestrebt ein Projekt erfolgreich zu Ende zu bringen. Qualität ist der Anspruch, am Ende die Erwartungen zu erfüllen, wenn nicht sogar zu übertreffen.
- Organisation: Mein Schrank platzt beinahe aus den Nähten: so viele Projektbücher mit Organisationsinhalten sind dort drin. Ich liebe Post-Its und bin ein großer Fan von Excel. Ein großer Teil meines Berufs besteht darin, mir Dinge korrekt zu merken, Termine zu koordinieren, zeitnahe Deadlines einzuhalten und bei all dem immer strukturiert zu sein. Das mag ich am meisten an meinem Job.
- Verlässlichkeit: Ich schreibe immer noch Briefe, denn (geschriebene) Wörter haben immer noch eine Bedeutung. Wenn ich ein Versprechen mache, halte ich es auch. So einfach ist das.
- Erfahrung: Ob als Produktionsassistenz beim Dokumentarfilm, der in Saudi-Arabien gedreht wird, als Produktionsleitung für einen Kinospielfilm Ende 2013 oder als Projektleitung für ein großes Event – fundierte Kenntnisse und hautnahe Erfahrung kennzeichnen meinen beruflichen Werdegang.
- Engagement: Ich arbeite nur an Projekten und Dingen, hinter denen ich stehen kann, von denen ich wirklich überzeugt bin. Und wenn ich “überzeugt” sage, dann meine ich damit, dass ich auch weit über die “9to5″-Grenze eines normalen Jobs hinaus arbeite. Außerdem arbeite ich 100% konzentriert, denn ich möchte das, was ich tue, richtig machen. Aber keine Sorge: der Spaß wird dennoch nicht auf der Strecke bleiben.
- Kreativität: Ich liebe es, quer zu denken. Unkonventionell zu denken. Ich fordere gerne andere und mich selbst immer wieder aufs Neue heraus. Das Schreiben von Geschichten, das Erfinden neuer Welten und Charaktere, und das Finden neuer Wege um mich auszudrücken und zu verwirklichen, ist meine Leidenschaft. Ich mag es nicht besonders, wenn Menschen den Satz “Für gewöhnlich macht man das so” benutzen.
- Lösungsorientierung: Wenn es ein Problem gibt, gibt es auch eine Lösung. Nachdem ich als Produktionsleitung gearbeitet habe, stellte ich fest, dass 90% meiner täglichen Arbeit darin bestand, schnell kreative Lösungen für Probleme zu finden. Ich war begeistert!
- Flexibilität: Egal, ob Sie mich in Deutschland, Irland, Österreich oder Saudi-Arabien brauchen. Ich werde mein Bestes tun, um Ihre Erwartungen zu erfüllen. Durch meine Praktika und durch das Leben im Ausland (Dublin, Irland) habe ich gelernt, mich schnell und einfach in neue Gruppen einzufinden. - Kommunikation: Wenn ich etwas gelernt habe in den letzten Jahren, dann ist es das: Kommunikation ist das A und O einer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit. Mir ist es wichtig, Feedback zu bekommen und Feedback zu geben, nur so kommt man voran. Wischiwaschi-Aussagen mag ich gar nicht. Eine klare und verständliche Kommunikation ist im Job so wichtig wie die Luft zum Atmen.
- Ehrlichkeit: Manche Menschen haben Angst vor Ehrlichkeit. Aber, ehrlich, wenn man nicht ehrlich sein kann, wie will man dann das Projekt bis an die richtigen Grenzen pushen? Ich gebe ehrliches Feedback zu Projekten.

… why you should hire me:
- quality: My work is shaped by my understanding of doing things properly and doing things a different way. I do strive to successfully complete a project and to bolster this with the quality of my work. Quality means having the goal of fulfilling expectations, if not even exceeding them.
- organisation: You wouldn’t believe the amount of organised books I have in my locker. I love post-its and I’m a huge fan of excel. Part of my job is to remember things correctly, to work towards (often) tight deadlines and be structured all the way through. It’s what I love most about my job.
- reliability: I still write letters because I think (written) words still mean something. When I make a promise to do something, I do it. As simple as that.
- experience: Be it as production assistant for a documentary shot in Saudi-Arabia, a line producer for a feature film (end of 2013) or a project manager for a big event – profound knowledge and skills identify my career.
- dedication: I only do projects and work I am really convinced of. And when I say “convinced of”, I mean I will work beyond the 9to5-job to get it done properly. Additionally, I’m a 100% concentrated on what I do because I want to do it right. But don’t worry, I do like to have fun as well!
- creativity: I love thinking outside the box, I love to challenge myself and others. Writing stories, creating new story-worlds and characters, and finding new ways to express myself is my passion. I don’t like it too much when people say “Usually, it’s done like this…”.
- solution-orientation: If there’s a problem, there’s a solution. I will find it. After having worked as a line producer I realised that 90% of my daily tasks was fast and creative problem solving. I loved that!
- flexibility: No matter if you need me in Germany, Ireland, Austria or Saudi-Arabia. I will do my best to meet your expectations. Having worked in many different companies and having lived abroad (in Dublin, Ireland), I am used to integrate myself into new groups fast and easily. And if you mean mental flexibility: I’m all for it (cf. creativity).
- communication: If I learned anything in the last years, it is that communication is the key to a successful collaboration. It is important for me to get feedback and to give feedback, it is the only way to make progress. I don’t like wishy washy statements at all. Clear and comprehensible communication in the job is as important as the air we breathe.
- honesty: People tend to be afraid of honesty. But, honestly, if you can’t be honest, how can you push the project to its best limits? I give honest feedback on projects.
